Shipping

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible usually within five working days. You will receive notification when your artwork has been dispatched.  I currently ship to  the UK only but will extend to the rest of the world in due course.  

Returns

I want you to be completely happy with your artwork but if there is an issue with your order please email me within 7 days of delivery. If a return has been agreed, you will need to repack the painting and ship it using the same service with which it was sent to you. Once the painting has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days minus the shipping cost and payment fees. 

Paintings

I use canvas, wooden panels and mixed media paper to paint on. I work mainly with acrylic paint but occasionally  I like to work with oil and other mediums.   Each piece of original art will show brush and knife marks.  Rarely will a piece be completely flat and some will have tiny paintbrush hairs.  This is all part of owning an original piece of art.  I use archival quality varnish to protect the art and each  piece will have had two coats. Sometimes this  may appear  to be uneven but due to the different pigment levels in the paint  in no way does   this compromise the painting.  

Framing

All of the paintings are sold unframed, unless specified.  Framing is available please enquire.  Works on Paper are sold mounted but not framed.
